As a witness for Jesus Christ, Medical Outreach Ministries exists to minister to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the medically underserved by providing free healthcare services.
Brag Lines:
- MOM’s pharmacy provides more than 17,000 free prescriptions each year for their patients.
- MOM’s Diabetes Self-Management Education program is the only free, volunteer-run program in the nation that is recognized by the American Diabetes Association.
- The Uber Health program has provided more than 2,500 free rides to patients.

“Most of the care offered by Medical Outreach Ministries is provided by volunteer medical professionals. We currently have 15 volunteer physicians, as well as a volunteer nurse practitioner, mental health counselor, diabetes educator, physical therapist, nurses, pharmacists and administrative volunteers. Their faithful support allows us to offer a wide range of medical services. But their commitment to giving back and serving our patients is what makes MOM a special place to receive care.”
